Sussex House

Custom New Build in Sussex Inlet

A considered new build currently under construction, inspired by the relaxed character and natural beauty of the Sussex coastline.

Designed with a subtle beach influence, this home brings together clean architectural lines, light-filled interiors and a calm, coastal material palette. Every element has been thoughtfully considered to create a contemporary residence that feels connected to its surroundings while offering the comfort and functionality required for modern family living.

From the early structural works through to the finer details still to come, the project is being delivered with a focus on quality, precision and lasting craftsmanship. As construction progresses, the home is taking shape as a refined coastal retreat with a distinctly Sussex sense of place.
